You have made quite an impact in the last season with multiple wins. What will you be doing to prepare in order to keep the momentum going in 2008? 2008 being an Olympic year for BMX my focuses have turned to mountain biking. To prepare for a big year ahead, as mountain biking is still fairly new to me especially Downhill, I have been working heavily on my skills. Also 2008 being my last year of school yr 12 I have had to prepare early to account for school also.
 
You have been racing more DH as of late, what do you find to be the biggest challenge in terms of your transition from 4x?Definitely my cornering! Originally being a BMXer I have had to learn how to corner properly. Also just being able to push my self in downhill, not having competition right beside me pushing me.

 

                  

 

You also are quite quick on your BMX bike, which do you prefer; BMX or 4 Cross?I have been racing BMX since I was 5 so I really like BMX but 4x is a whole new ball game for me its new, exciting, the people are really friendly and I really like the atmosphere. I think I would have to say 4x but Olympics 2012 London is a major goal for me in BMX.
 
If you weren't riding bikes, what would you be doing?Definitely another extreme sport like Go-Karts or Moto’s, I’m far from your typical girly girl I hate shopping.
 
Can you backflip? Have you tried? Do you care?

In my dreams yes!! No I don’t really care ay il leave that for the pro’s
 

Why do you think so many Aussies are such fast riders?I think because we are so laid back and there to have fun...but at the same time we are also very competitive. Us Aussies are good at everything we do!!!

Do you know why there are so many Aussies in Whistler?I think because Canadians and Australians are so alike that we get along really well. Also because its different from the riding that we have in Australia.
